The Serpins 2022 Conference begins with registration and check-in from 15:00 on Friday 18th November, for a welcome address and reception at 17:00.

What are the entry requirements to the USA?

ESTAs and Visas

If you are travelling from outside the USA, please take some time to check the entry requirements based on your nationality and country of origin. You will need a Visa or ESTA to visit the USA – please ensure that you allow plenty of time to apply.

You should also check that your passport has sufficient validity for your trip and that you have the appropriate travel insurance in place.

Covid Information 

The USA currently requires all non-US citizens to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before travelling from a foreign country. Some exemptions apply. Please ensure that you check the requirements carefully prior to your trip.

Approximately halfway down the page is a handy Travel Assessment tool, which may help to answer any queries you may have regarding the requirements. 

You should also familiarise yourself with any entry requirements of your country of residence or the country you are flying to when you leave the USA.
What does the conference package include?
The conference-only package price includes attendance for three full days including meals as outlined on the agenda.  All details will also be outlined on the packages page. There is also a package to include accommodation on single or shared occupancy for three nights.
How do I register?
Registration will open soon and you will receive a password to enable you to complete the registration process. In the meantime, you may wish to spend some time checking that you have everything in place to meet the entry requirements into the USA, if you are attending from overseas - see "What are the entry requirements into the USA?" above. When you register, full terms and conditions will be available, which you will need to accept before completing your booking.
Where will I be staying?
When you register you will be offered three different packages. A limited number of rooms have been secured at the Courtyard by Marriott Sedona. 
Conference only

Conference with single occupancy accommodation
$1,990.00
Conference with shared occupancy accommodation
$1,645.00

Any delegates wishing to stay elsewhere are welcome to make their own accommodation bookings and transportation arrangements to and from the conference venue each day.
What time is check in and check out at the hotel?
Check-in
Official hotel check-in time is 16:00. However if you can notify us of your arrival time at the hotel we will endeavour to have your room ready, subject to availability.

Check-out
Official hotel check-out time on your day of departure is 11:00. Any extensions to this should be agreed with the hotel reception directly during your stay.
I have selected twin occupancy, who will I be sharing with?
If a friend or colleague is also attending and you would like to share a room, please add his/her name to the ‘special requests’ section of the online registration. It is important that both attendees do this as we will only match based on mutual consent. Alternatively, we will pair you with a guest of the same gender, similar age and country of origin wherever possible.
What is the dress code?
The dress code throughout the event including the conference and dinners is business casual.
When should I plan my return journey?
The conference will close after the gala dinner on Sunday 20th November.  If you are staying at the hotel on Sunday night you can depart at your leisure on Monday 21st November (breakfast is included in your accommodation booking).
